Retention and CRM Programs

Our pricing structure is fairly simple with no hidden fees. In fact, with committed partnerships, we add services at no additional cost, including incorporating new mover data in to our calling efforts.

For retention and CRM programs, some of our programs and pricing include:

  • New Start Verifications
    1. Can be set up on a hourly or per contact basis.
    2. Contacts are only “live conversations” or, if approved, answering machine message.
    3. Results of calling files are returned per your desired requirements for follow-up
  • Friendly Reminder Calls
    1. Can be done as hourly, commission or per contact. Collections can be made at a flat rate per collection.
    2. We can provide scripts or use yours.
    3. These can be made at any time during your retention timeline
  • Follow up- Second calls
    1. These calls would be made as follow up to the first call in order to avoid interruption of delivery on an hourly, commission or per contact. Collections can be made at a flat rate per collection.
    2. Again, can be made at any point during your retention timeline
  • “We Want You Back” restart efforts
    1. Can be set up as hourly or on a cost per order basis
    2. Can include collection of past due amounts
    3. Suggested timeline is within 30 days of the stopped subscription
  • Post Stop Collection efforts
    1. Again, includes an attempt to restart
    2. Can be done hourly, commission or per contact
    3. The tone of the call is solve the problem and regain the customer as a valued subscriber
